On 5 February 2025, we proudly hosted our first PMO Masterclass in Kuwait, welcoming 100 professionals from diverse industries for a day of insight, collaboration, and hands-on learning.
The morning session focused on PMO maturity and impact, featuring AIPMO’s PMO-MI model. Attendees explored the latest research, assessed their own PMOs, and engaged in valuable discussions comparing practices within Kuwait and across the GCC.
A special thanks to our expert panel—Dr. Paul J. McKeown, Ehab Morgan, and Nancy Nouaimeh—whose insights elevated the experience, along with the active audience participation that made the session truly dynamic.
In the afternoon, teams tackled a gamified challenge around mega and complex project management—creating methodologies and building structures under pressure. The exercise highlighted the power of practical learning in managing complexity and ambiguity.
With masterclasses now delivered in five countries, Kuwait stands out for its high engagement and enthusiasm.
